We started by mapping out the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch and post-launch analysis. Together, we defined clear roles and responsibilities for each team, setting up regular cross-functional meetings to maintain alignment and address any roadblocks promptly.

This structured approach enabled us to integrate user feedback more effectively, prioritize features based on market needs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
